PERFORMANCE

Is there a cover charge for the entertainment?

Nope! We don’t have a cover charge, however, please understand that this is
reflected in the costing of our food and drinks menu

Are you accessible?

There are two low steps at our entrance and a step to access the bathroom
so we unfortunately can’t guarantee accessibility.

Are you child friendly?

Unfortunately, as we are an 18+ venue, we do not allow minors.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Can I bring cake?

Absolutely! We love hosting your celebrations. We can store your cake and bring it out when you are ready.

We do however charge a cakeage fee:
$3 per person we will bring your cake to the table and provide napkins, plates and cutlery $5 per person we will cut and prepare the cake for you

Do you allow BYO?

Unfortunately our license does not allow BYO.

BOOKINGS

What if we cannot attend our booking?

We are generally flexible if you cannot attend your booking just be sure to cancel your booking online or give us a call. If you are a party of 5 or more and are unable to attend your booking, failure to let us know 24 hours before your booking time will incur a $20
per person fee.

Do you accept large bookings?

Absolutely! You can book online for up to 15 people. Any larger than 15 will require an email to info@ivywindsor.com

Can we book over the phone?

Unfortunately not. As we require a few too many details to secure your booking and have loud live music this is difficult to do over the phone.

How do bookings work?

We only have our showtime booking available online from 6pm. You will have the table until the end of the entertainment. If you are a walk-in and wish to see the entertainment this will be subject
to availability so we highly encourage booking a table.
